Assembly tomorrow in halla at 8:45 – boys medals for swimming will be given out – all welcome!
Tomorrow in the Blackpool library, Blarney Street and all the other local schools will launch the Lifelong Learning festival. Artwork created by boys in the school will go on display and the school Rock Bank will perform. The event kicks off at 10:30a.m. with the Rock Band taking stage at 11:15a.m. The artwork will remain on display for a number of weeks.
Penny Dinners Fundraiser :
The Student Council’s bake sale, held on the 16th March, raised a fantastic total of €1,065 for Penny Dinners. Congratulations to the organisers and thank you to all of you who baked and/or contributed. The donation will be taken to Penny Dinners on Friday.
Speech & Language Talk :
Thanks to all the parents who attended today’s Speech & Language talk. Thanks also to Mrs. McCarthy for giving the talk!
Cór Fhéile na Scol :
Some boys from 4th and 5th and all of 6th class will be taking part in Cór Fhéile na Scol tonight @ 7:30p.m. All boys need to arrive at 7p.m. Best of luck boys!
