Please note this week will be the final week for the Tuesday sessions (Computer Animation and Movie Making). The Wednesday sessions (Vex Robotics and Science) will run for one further week after the Mid-Term.  Please contact Mr Buckley or Mr Kelleher 0851226635/0862630078 if you have any queries.

Dog Fouling Competition :

Well done to Kane Murphy and Colin Hannigan who represented the school in the city wide “Dog Fouling Art Competition” in City Hall. While the lads didn’t win on the day they did the school proud. All pupils who took part in the art competition will have their on display in Merchants Quay Shopping Centre on Wednesday 27th April between 11am-2pm should their parents wish to have a look.  All finalists’ art will be on display in the four shopping centres below on each of the following dates :-

Blackpool Shopping Centre  –   Tuesday 26th April – 11am-2pm

Merchants Quay Shopping Centre  –   Wednesday 27th April -11am-2pm

Wilton Shopping Centre  –   Thursday 28th April -11am-2pm

Douglas Court Shopping Centre  –   Friday 29th April -11am-2pm

 

Coats left in School :

A large number of coats have been left on rails in the school over the last number of weeks and have not been takenhome by the boys. Please make a special effort to remind the boys to take all their coats home this Friday as any coats left on rails will removed. They will be stored for a week in Mr Buckley’s room to be collected before been given to charity.

Lifelong Learning :

The artwork and photos from the art sessions will be on display in the library in Blackpool for one more week! We are encouraging everyone to pay a visit to see the display. Also this year anyone who wishes to join the library may do so for free!
