THE SCHOOL SPORTS DAY:  A great day was had in St. Vincent’s H&F grounds last Friday, despite the weather.  The boys all enjoyed themselves taking part in the races and activities.  We are very grateful to the members of the Parents’ Association for organising the refreshments in a very tight space.  It was nice to see all of the past pupils returning to help out at the activity stations on the day.  We would also like to express our appreciation to St. Vincent’s for the use of their fantastic facilities.  Medals will be given to the boys this week.

Rock Band :

Our school rock band ‘Inferno’ will visit North Pres Girls’ school tomorrow and Togher Boys’ National School and Girls’ this Friday to entertain them with their talent. Enjoy boys!

 

Edmund Rice Hurling Tournament :

Boys from 4th and 5th class will represent the school today against other schools with Christian Brothers and Presentation Brothers heritages.  They travel to Nemo Rangers today to play Chríost Rí. Good luck boys!

 

6th Class C.I.T. Tour :

6th class and their parents are visiting the C.I.T. campus for an activity day and tour of the campus.

 

Young Booleans Summer Camp :

The Young Booleans Summer Camp will run from the 11th to the 15th of July. For further information please contact Mr Buckley/Mr Kelleher on 0851226635. Please note the camp is over half full already.  If you wish to sign up your child for the camp please do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

BLARNEY STREET  –  Summer Scheme: Summer Scheme for boys and girls will run from 04/07/2016 to 15/07/2016.  Two age groups 5 to 9 and 9 to 12.  Price is €50 for two weeks.  Registration takes place on Friday 17th June and Friday 24th June at Rock Community Centre 7:30p.m. until 9:00p.m.
